Hi, I’m Sally.
I’m a degree-qualified nutritionist and ANTA Registered Clinical Nutritionist (Member #31048), based on the Sunshine Coast and working with women across Australia online.
I created Gutsy Shift because I kept seeing the same thing โ women in perimenopause doing everything right and still feeling like their body had stopped cooperating. Eating well. Exercising. Following advice. And still bloated, exhausted, and frustrated.
The missing piece was not more discipline. It was understanding.
I also know this from the inside. Perimenopause has not bypassed me just because I have a nutrition degree. Going through it myself did not make me doubt what I know โ it made me understand it differently.
