Gutsy Clarity
A personalised nutrition review for women in perimenopause and menopause who feel like their body has changed — and want a clear, practical plan that fits real life.
No detoxes. No restriction. No generic meal plans. Just clarity, and a plan built around you.
If your digestion, energy, appetite, weight or confidence around food feels different lately, you are not imagining it.
Perimenopause and menopause can be a time when digestion, appetite, body composition, sleep, energy and food tolerance all start to feel unfamiliar. The strategies that worked in your 30s often stop working — and the advice online is loud, contradictory, and usually built around restriction. You do not need another diet. You need to understand what your body is asking for now — and a realistic, personalised plan to match it.
Gutsy Clarity is for you if:
🟢 You feel like your body has changed and what used to work no longer does.
🟢 You are eating well but still feel bloated, flat, or frustrated.
🟢 You are overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and tired of guessing.
🟢 You want to understand your own body rather than follow a one-size-fits-all plan.
You want personalised, evidence-informed guidance from a qualified nutritionist.
What you get
🟢 Before we meet — A pre-consult intake form, so we use our time on what matters to you.
🟢 Your session — A 75-minute personalised consultation — by telehealth Australia-wide, or in person on the Sunshine Coast — reviewing your symptoms, food patterns, lifestyle, relevant history and goals.
🟢 Your Gutsy Plan — A written, personalised first-step nutrition approach built around your body and your real life — not a generic handout.
🟢 Follow-up — A 30-minute follow-up about three weeks later to review what’s working and adjust.
By the end, you’ll have:
🟢 A clearer understanding of your own patterns and what may be driving them.
🟢 A personalised, practical first-step plan you can actually start.
🟢 Less food confusion and second-guessing — and a sense of direction again.
🟢 A qualified professional in your corner who treats you as an individual.
Gutsy Clarity probably isn’t the right fit if:
🟢 You’re looking for a quick-fix diet, a detox, or guaranteed weight loss — that’s not what I do.
🟢 You want a generic meal plan to follow without any personalisation.
🟢 You have symptoms that need medical investigation first — in which case I’ll always point you to your GP.
About Sally
I’m Sally, a degree-qualified nutritionist (Bachelor of Nutrition, University of the Sunshine Coast) and ANTA member, based on the Sunshine Coast and working with women across Australia by telehealth.
Before nutrition, I spent more than 20 years in emergency services and NHS nursing — so I understand busy lives, real bodies, and how it feels when nothing seems to be working the way it used to.
My approach is simple: science, not shame.
Personalised, non-restrictive, and built around the woman in front of me — not a trend.

Common questions
Is this a diet or meal plan?
No. There are no restrictive rules or generic meal plans. We look at what your body is responding to now and build a personalised, realistic approach — every woman’s needs are different.
Can we do this online?
Yes — sessions are available by telehealth anywhere in Australia, or in person on the Sunshine Coast.
Do I need gut testing?
Not at all. Testing is optional and isn’t right for everyone. We start with what your symptoms and history tell us, and only discuss testing if it would genuinely add value.
I’ve tried other things that didn’t work. Will this be different? Many women come to me feeling exactly that way. The difference here is that nothing is generic — your plan is built around your body, your history and your real life, with qualified support to adjust as we go.
